French Country Manager OTE circa €80000

As Country Manager you it will be your responsibility to ensure leverage of market specific conditions in marketing planning and execution as well as executing global marketing strategies on a local level, in order to achieve financial & strategic objectives

Key responsibilities-
Country representative for the brand
Plan and execute local promotions
Define competitive local pricing/offers
Develop and manage channels, including partners/affiliates and local events
Gather information on local market, competition, and regulatory situation
Support Central Marketing
Handle/support local PR activities

Candidate qualifications
Have a solid understanding of the adult or webcam industry
Able to communicate and cooperate effectively with all internal and external resources
Excellent spoken / written communication skills (Local Language + English)
Proven track record of managing projects
Educated to a Graduate level or above - preferable
Professional marketing qualification - preferable
Sales and marketing experience. Preferably with an online / e-commerce background

Ideal candidates should be;
Expert marketing manager with experience in a fast paced online business.
Good sales experience - Great track record of develop of pitching, negotiating and managing long term partnerships.
Experience in affiliate management
Excellent contact network and agency knowledge within the online sector.
Experience in handling a substantial budget responsibility
Experience within gaming sector essential - agency or client side.
Great analytical and reporting skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality.
A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with different company executives.
Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
Well presented and businesslike.
Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel when necessary.
Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
Must be adept in use of Internet, e-mail and Microsoft applications particularly Excel and Word
