i found out the hard way myself, i have the same problem with one of my domain but i can't and neither my hosting company can figure out what to do.

can you point it at a US host? if no, why not?

Yes i purchased the .fr domain from Europe Registry long time ago.

we tried to switch the dns but it didn't work and my hosting provider didn't really help me to go to the bottom of the issue so i gave up.

The domain i have is not important so i didn't bother to research the issue.

We buy all our FR domains at http://www.register.be
