Is this flexibility uncommon in other CMS? Is there a need for this?

Does AdultSiteCMS has the patent for this flexibility?

ORTO: No.

No? So, since the company does not have a patent on it, can that be replicated and be made into another product by a competitor?

ORTO: The idea is not to patent the method or way in which the software is made. AdultSiteCMS was created as a simpler and less complicated alternative to use. And besides, other CMS systems would have to completely rewrite how they work in order to work this way. The wordpress core simply allows AdultsiteCMS to be the most flexible and least "needy" application available.

How much savings in terms of cost and man hours can get from this feature?

ORTO: The cost savings are tremendous. From $50 to hundreds a month to as little as $5.99 or less even if you can find it. A shared host can be a great way to start a new site and then you can simply transition to another site easily by copying all the files and
making a database dump of the MYSQL database you created for the CMS. You simply ask your host or install the Database onto your new server and upload your files in order to get your CMS working on another server.

Rackco.com and Webair.com are hosting companies that have shared hosting solutions, what makes them good companies for webmasters to use?

ORTO: These companies are some of the most well known in the industry. Most of them have shared solutions. Many of their technicians have had many years experience in the Adult World and know exactly how complex it can be to deal with some programs which require so many third party plugins or applications. These usually require server administrators to go in and install software to get these to work. This could cost hundreds of dollars or more or simply put - slow down the whole process of getting your site going.
