    it's Saturday, 12:52AM Euro time, i had an issue with the DNS of our new server, sent an email to support, within 5 minutes i had the answer.

    I don't agree.

    I feel Leaseweb is the typical big hosting company with many people involved all over the world

    The sales team doesn't get back to you in a timely manner and sometimes doesn't get back to you at all.

    The support most likely is outsourced in ASIA and typical in these cases the "Support specialist" often doesn't understand what you are asking.
