Pfff...ok i use ePassporte mainly to receive money from sponsors because of low fees...but sometimes i DO need to load funds there.... i went there today and saw i didn't have the option to load funds from credit card (only really available option for me, from Italy)...so i asked and...here's the answer:

more information.

Please be informed that at this time, ePassporte has suspended your
ability to use a Visa Credit or Debit Card to load your ePassporte
Account. This is a temporary situation which we expect will be resolved
in the near future. This is applicable to all the ePassporte Account
Holders.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause you and we
appreciate your continued patronage.

Note: Please be advised that as of now we will not be able to provide you
a particular time frame when it is going to be resolved. However, our
Account Verification Department is working on this issue. Once it is
re-instated, you will be notified with an email to your ePassporte Message
Center.

However, you may use your Visa Credit/Debit Card as a withdrawal option.
The Fee to withdraw funds to your personal Visa Credit Card is 1% of the
withdrawal amount with a minimum fee of US $5.00 and the transfer will
take upto 5 business days to complete.

You will be able to load funds with the help of a U.S.Checking Account or
you can either receive funds from other ePassporte Personal or Business
Account Holders.
