New Look, New Features, and a Broader User Base

ExquisiteDomeLONDON – Customs4U.com and its affiliate program, Kinky Cash, have re-launched. The video direct-selling platform displays a new layout, performer and studio profiles that facilitate one-stop shopping, a more robust and customizable custom order form, and the ability to sell both made-to-order and pre-made videos.

According to Business Development Director Petra, the site has attracted more than 2,200 performers and more than 60 content producers across a broad variety of niches. Each performer and content producer controls the categories and pricing for their material, but the platform handles all payments.

“Selling custom videos to fans isn’t a new concept,” Petra said Petra. “However, performers were handling everything themselves, from the production of the content to their customer’s payment. This is where the idea for Customs4U was born. There was a need for a platform that handled all the hard stuff, like tracking customers and payment processing, while allowing performers to focus on the content creation.”

Live cams would will be added in January.

“Due to popular request from our performers, we decided to develop a live-cam feature that they can use straight from their account dashboards,” Petra said. “Our live cams will sport a free chat that will allow performers to solicit tips or private chats. There will also be a group chat that will start charging the customer the moment that he enters the performer’s room. Because of the variety of niches our site supports, both types of chat will operate independently of each other.”

Studio accounts — for pay sites that shoot their own content, production studios, and anyone else who hires talent to shoot content and wishes to profit from selling custom videos and/or video clips — are something new at Customs4U.

“Traditionally, Customs4U has been very performer-oriented,” Petra said. “However, with the re-launch we added in studio accounts for all types of content producers, which has an additional feature that allows studios to schedule a video from an upcoming content shoot. If a customer likes the scene, site or talent from the upcoming video, they can choose to pre-order.

“The bonus of this feature is most content producers have already booked the talent for a shoot, so if there are no pre-orders, the studio is only out the few minutes it took to put up the video description,” she noted.
