About the Facebook Connect plugin, it serves two purposes:

First of all, it provides a quicker registration progress. If you don't have an account, click on the FB connect button and login to FB in the small popup window.

You'll be taken to a page where you can choose to log into YNOT Europe (if you already have an account) OR register (if you don't have an account). If you click the second option (register), you will see a special signup form that's easier to fill out.

If you already have a YNOT Europe account, you can connect your FB account to your YNOT Europe account. If you do this, you won't be prompted to log into YNOT Europe as long as you are logged in to Facebook.

Another reason why you should use this is to get more exposure to your Facebook account. It will be easy for other webmasters to find your account as it will be listed in your profile and posts.

Connecting the two accounts is pretty straight forward, as all you have to do is click the Facebook Connect button on the top of the navigation, log into your FB account and follow the instructions from there.
