YNOT EUROPE – The porn world seems to be ready to dispel the enduring myth that real mean are heterosexual. Among this year’s AVN Awards nominees are two well-known bisexual performers: Wolf Hudson and Ryan Driller. The former is among the A-List in gay porn, while the latter is becoming known on both sides of the sexuality divide. Already popular in the gay porn realm under the stage name Jeremy Bilding, Driller recently was cast to play the title role in Vivid Entertainment’s Superman XXX: A Porn Parody.

Driller, in particular, seems destined for a very promising career in straight porn. Superman is a high-budget film that has received quite a bit of press in the mainstream.

As for the AVN Awards, Driller was nominated in the Best Non-Sex Performance category for his role in Awakening to Love (New Sensations) and in the Best Male Newcomer category, and Hudson earned a nod for Best Group Sex Scene in An Open Invitation: A Real Swinger’s Party in San Francisco (Kink.com).

Gay and straight men crossing over into the opposite porn spectrum seems to have been a trend in the U.S. for some time. In fact, one popular gay genre on the internet is “straight-guy seduction,” in which gay men introduce presumably straight men to the joys of gay sex.

Does the increasing presence of straight men in gay films and gay or bisexual men in straight films indicate sexuality labels are becoming less distinct? There are high hopes.[COLOR=#000000][FONT=Times New Roman][FONT=arial][/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR]
