Gregory Dorcel to Address 3DTV World Forum

YNOT EUROPE – Gregory Dorcel, chief executive officer of French adult entertainment giant Marc Dorcel, is scheduled to address the 3DTV World Forum gathering set to take place 17-18 May in London.

3DTV World Forum is the first conference of its kind in the world. The forum plans to cover all aspects of the new technology, including financial and technical impact but also socio-psychological. The event is open to all professionals working with 3D television.

An industry pioneer, Marc Dorcel consistently is among the first to adopt new technologies. Over the past five years, the French company has become a leading provider of pan-European adult content for internet protocol television, TV SMART cable and video-on-demand platforms.

Gregory Dorcel said he plans to present his company’s vision for developing 3D content and improve consumer adoption through innovative marketing strategies. Among the questions he intends to answer are “How can 3D content be monetized?” and “What does the future of 3D look like?”

Dorcel, son of founder Marc Dorcel, took his father’s place at the helm of the company in 1998. He oversees the group’s international development and the creation of multimedia projects. The company maintains a presence in 56 countries with divisions that address production, television broadcast, VOD, magazines, internet sites and mobile 3D.

3DTV World Forum will take place at the HHotel Thistle Marble Arch in London. Dorcel’s presentation is scheduled to begin at 11:15 a.m.
