YNOT EUROPE – Newly formed company YNOT Group LLC has acquired and taken direct control of the assets of YNOT Network LP, including popular YNOT.com, one of the oldest resource-and-information websites devoted to adult entertainment professionals.

The acquisition, backed by a private European investment group, also includes YNOTEurope.com, launched this summer as a resource and social network for adult entertainment professionals operating in Europe, and the long-running annual Cybernet Expo trade show.

Houston-based YNOT Group acquired the assets from former owner Gary Grigoryan and plans to use the existing properties as the anchor for a lineup of all-new information and technology products expected to launch later this year.

Industry veteran Connor Young has been tapped to lead the new company as president. Young previously served as president of YNOT Network LP. Also moving to the new company is veteran Jay Kopita, who will head advertising sales for all YNOT Group products.

“The YNOT brand is one of the longest-running professional brands in the internet industry, and it’s a brand that’s synonymous with integrity and with the adult internet business itself,” Young said. “We plan to move swiftly and aggressively in the coming months to position YNOT Group and its assets to be successful in both the short term and the long term, and we’re serious about our mission of providing the information and technologies that will enable adult businesses to stay competitive in a changing landscape.”
