YNOT EUROPE – Barcelona-based Spankmo Mobile has launched a second affiliate program for mobile traffic. MobGlam joins Spankbucks in the Spankmo portfolio.

“The demand for a high-quality mobile experience has grown,” said Spankmo Chief Executive Officer Graeme Kingshott. “Surfers are trading up for smarter devices with great data plans, along with confidence in making payments on mobile.”

MobGlam covers 14 mobile sites in niches including amateur, softcore, porn stars, gay, fetish and tranny. All run on Spankmo’s mobile platform and offer surfers subscriptions for unlimited video streaming.

A key part of the approach for MobGlam is to incorporate all possible payment options Kingshott said. Memberships may be purchased using credit cards, EU debit, Ukash, direct banking, mobile operator billing, SMS and phone billing. Mobile operator billing, although very popular in some countries like Germany, cannot be used for hardcore sites.

“We’ve worked with our billing partners to offer the widest range of join options, built into cascades so that each surfer is presented their optimal payment method,” Kingshott noted. “We understand the billing rules and don’t want to confuse surfers, so we offer a range of softer sites for both the straight and gay market, billed through mobile payments.”

Kingshott said additions to the program already are planned. Among them are billing for Asia and Latin America as well as launching more niche sites with content partner Cherry Media.

“Participating in the MobGlam program enables us to quickly bring new content to the mobile audience, packaged in niche sites that are competitively priced and simple for affiliates to promote,” said Cherry founder Julia Dimambro.

The program pays 50-percent recurring revenue. For more information, visit MobGlam.com.
