YNOT EUROPE – As 2012 drew to a close, the folks at Amsterdam-based amateur site AbbyWinters.com sat back and took stock of the company’s performance during the year.

One change affected revenues more than any other, according to Chief Executive Officer Garion Hall: spicing up the website’s content with new categories of material.

“We analyze the reasons customers provide when cancelling rebills, and see ‘lack of variety’ commonly cited,” Hall said. “In reaction to this, we added several different styles of content. We have noticed rebills per customer increasing in response. We started at around 5.0 [average rebills per customer], and we’re currently at 7.2.”

In addition to adding cute and informative AbbyWinters Education clips, casual podcasts and monthly erotic-noir After Dark shoots, the studio also increased the production of formerly infrequent girl-boy scenes to a once-a-month schedule.

“Our scenes are of real-life loving couples who are making love and having fun making their own sex tapes, so to speak,” said Creative Director Rhyss Hall. “Of course, we can enjoy being voyeurs.”

New Editor’s Choice clips, now also a regular feature, highlight the best fetish scenes. Additionally, the aptly named Mystery Shoots titillate and surprise members with experimental deviations from the standard fare.

The company continues to experiment with new categories of material. Cheekily public “guerilla” shoots and “self-shot” scenes play with variations on AbbyWinters’ traditional solo-girl format.
